Ville Property Management began converting motels into affordable and no-barrier apartment complexes to sustainably address the lack of affordable housing in Utah in 2020. We currently operate 8 apartment complexes across Utah and Colorado. We work closely with community partners to provide housing opportunities for individuals that have previously experienced homelessness or housing instability, as well as any members of the community in need of housing. Ville Property Management believes that housing is a human right and we strive to be the standard in affordable, inclusive, stable, and community-based housing. Our goal is to help reduce homelessness across Utah and support the growth and wellness of the communities we serve.

OUR APPROACH

Housing stability is our primary focus. We operate two types of properties:

Supportive Housing: Affordable, low-barrier properties that offer case management to all tenants. Property management and case management work closely together to support housing stability. Ville partners with Aspire 365 to offer in-home mental health and substance use treatment services to tenants who qualify.
Affordable Housing: Affordable, low-barrier properties.
